G Our governance
Our approach to governance is simple. We keep things clear, fair, and built for the long term.
This means having a well-defined structure with clear responsibilities, leadership that combines family ownership with professional management, decisions made with honesty and transparency, and risk management supported by reliable data and modern technology.
In the article below, you can read more about how we put these principles into practice.

Governance
Structure, trust, and long-term responsibility
At Nordic Glasfiber, governance is not just about rules on paper. It is about how we run our company every day, in a way that is clear, fair, and trustworthy.
We believe governance should make life easier, not harder. When roles are clear, decisions are taken openly, and leadership acts responsibly, everyone benefits. It’s about making sure that our employees know what to expect, our clients trust our results, and our partners see us as a stable company they can rely on.
A clear structure
In 2024 we changed from a sole proprietorship to an ApS. For us, this was not just a formality. It was an important step that gave us a stronger foundation:
- Clearer roles and responsibilities inside the company
- Stronger financial oversight and accountability
- A solid base for future growth and transparent operations
This change means that both we and our clients can feel more secure, because there is a well-defined structure behind everything we do.
Leadership that lasts
Nordic Glasfiber is still family-owned, but today we are also managed in a professional way. Bringing the next generation into leadership is not just about titles. It is about making sure our values continue and that our way of working remains stable in the long term.
We believe sustainable leadership is about thinking further ahead than the next project. It is about building a culture of responsibility, where decisions are made with the future in mind for our clients, our employees, and the company itself.
Honest and transparent decisions
For us, governance is also about how decisions are made. We believe that trust comes from being open and acting with integrity. That means we do more than simply follow the law, we make choices that reflect respect for the people we work with.
Our clients trust us with critical infrastructure. That responsibility requires us to be honest in communication, clear in reporting, and transparent in the way we operate. We see this as an important part of governance.
Using data to reduce risk
Another way we build trust is by using data. Good governance means reducing uncertainty both for us and for our clients. By using UTComp’s UltraAnalytix® technology, we can see more than what is visible to the eye.
This data-driven approach gives us objective insights into the condition of materials, making inspections and reports more reliable. For our clients, that means better decisions, improved risk management, and fewer unpleasant surprises.
